CITI DRIVER'S EDGE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
The Driver's Edge Card, issued by Citibank, is
intended for students that are looking to buy a
new or
used car within a five year time frame. Learn more

The reward program, offers cardholders rebates of 3% for
all purchases made at drug stores, supermarkets, and gas
stations. A 1% rebate is earned on all other purchases.
Cardholders will also earn $.01 for every mile driven;
otherwise known as Drive Rebates. You can earn a
maximum of $1,000 in rebates towards a vehicle during
any 12 consecutive months. Unused rebates will expire in
5 years. Therefore, the total amount of redeemable
rebates for a new car purchase is $5000 ($1,000/year for
5 years). You don't have to use the rebates to buy a new
car. You can choose to use the rebates for payment of
service, repaid and/or maintenance of a vehicle.
